Asthma & Bronchitis Support Formula:   This formula aims to relieve respiratory issues like asthma and bronchitis. Herbs used for this include Mullein. It is a natural expectorant and has soothing effects on the respiratory tract.  Bacopa, although a very bitter herb, possesses anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that can help reduce inflammation in the respiratory system and improve breathing. Bacopa also help relax the smooth muscles in the airways, enhancing airflow and reducing bronchoconstriction, which is the constriction of the airways that can make it difficult to breathe. Additionally, its antioxidant effects can neutralize free radicals, protecting the respiratory system from damage. Licorice has much anti-inflammatory properties and helpful for respiratory conditions. Gumweed and Lobelia are Antispasmodic herbs that opens up and relax constriction in the broncial tubes, and Elecampane Root is a supper-star at reduceing mucus.  Ephedra Nevadensis is a mild decongestant and has bronchodilator properties.
 
Ingredients:
Mullein, Elecampane, Gumweed, Licorice, Ephedra Nevadensis, Lobelia
 
Directions:
Add 1 tbsp of herbal formula to your tea leaf infuser and set aside. Boil 8oz of water. Turn off heat and place tea infuser in boiled water. Cover & steep for 10-15 minutes. Remove tea infuser and enjoy a cup up to four times daily.
