Interstitial Cystitis Support Formula: This formula aims to manage interstitial cystitis symptoms on a daily basis with herbs like Marshmallow Root and Slippery Elm Bark to coat and soothe the urinary tract, Cleavers for its diuretic properties and to helps the lymphatic system to work more efficiently and improves its ability to flush out toxins and infection from kidneys and bladder. Dandelion Root and Leaf are anti-inflammatory and are excellent diuretic. Chamomile provides much assistance with its Antibacterial, Cholagogue, Sedative, Antifungal, Anti-inflammatory, Antiallergic and Vulnerary properties, while Uva Ursi serves as an Antimicrobial and is also Diuretic, Antibacterial and Astringent and is used almost exclusively for kidney and bladder issues. Horsetail is a Vulnerary and an excellent Astringent that supports kidney and bladder function, and known for its healing actions on the genitourinary organs (urinary & genital). We also added some heavy-weight Adaptogenics herbs, Aswagandha & Tulsi Basil, to help build a strong immune system and to cope with the pain and stressors that comes along with bladder condition.

Ingredients: Marshmallow Root, Slippery Elm, Cleavers, Chamomile, Uva Ursi, Nettle Root & Leaf, Dandelion Root & Leaf, Horsetail, Aswagandha, Tulsi Basil
Directions:
Add 1 tbsp of herbal formula to your tea leaf infuser and set aside. Boil 8-10oz of water. Turn off heat and place tea infuser in boiled water. Cover & steep for 10-15 minutes. Remove tea infuser and enjoy 1-2 cups daily. Drink at least 64 ounces of Spring water daily.
