Interstitial Cystitis Support Formula Flare-ups (7 days Formula): This formula aims to manage interstitial cystitis symptoms during flare-ups. We added an herbal Antibiotic giant, Goldenseal. We also added Skullcap, Licorice and Parsley Root. Marshmallow Root to coat, soothe and protects the urinary tract, Cleavers for its diuretic properties, and to helps the lymphatic system to work more efficiently and improves its ability to flush out toxins and infection from kidneys and bladder. Uva Ursi serves as an Antimicrobial and is also a Diuretic, Antibacterial and Astringent and is used almost exclusively for kidney and bladder issues. Horsetail is a Vulnerary and an excellent Astringent that supports kidney and bladder function, and known for its healing actions on the genitourinary organs (urinary & genital). We also added some heavy-weight Adaptogenics herbs, Aswagandha & Tulsi Basil to help build the body and cope with the pain and stressors that comes along with Interstitial Cystitis Flare-up days.

Ingredients: Golodenseal, Marshmallow Root, Parsley Root, Skullcap, Nettle Root, Licorice Root, Cleavers, Uva Ursi, Horsetail, Aswagandha, Tulsi Basil
Directions:
Add 1 tbsp of herbal formula to your tea leaf infuser and set aside. Boil 8-10oz of water. Turn off heat and place tea infuser in boiled water. Cover & steep for 10-15 minutes. Remove tea infuser and have 1-2 cups daily for 7-10 days. It is essential to drink at least 64-72 ounces of spring water daily to help flush the toxins from the kidneys and bladder.
